There is a robotics meeting today in Mme Faber’s room (180) at lunch today.  The meeting is for anyone interested in robotics; from last year and new members. Be there at 12 sharp. Bring your lunch.
Ms Lemire is looking for energetic, organized, and inspiring leaders to join the Terry Fox committee. Our Terry Fox Run isn’t until October 12 but we need to start planning for it NOW!  If you’re interested in being a part of the action, bring your lunch to Ms Lemire’s room (room 169) TOMORROW. Be prepared to work throughout the lunch hour.
Starting today, Mme L will be hosting board games in her classroom everyday, room 256 at lunch.  Feel free to stop by during lunchtime to relax and enjoy some board game competition with your friends.  Maybe you will meet someone new!
Sports and Intramurals
Reminder to grade 7 students that your trip forms to the Oval are due TODAY! There are only 10 spot lefts so make sure you bring those to Ms James or Mrs Dulhanty ASAP - first come first served!
Reminder to grade 8 and 9 students that your forms to the oval are to be passed in ASAP as well. Over half of the spots for both trips are already filled
Today there will be basketball intramurals at lunch in the gym. Reminder to students that you NEED A TICKET to be let in, and there are only 30 available in the office from Mrs. J. Intramurals DO NOT START UNTIL 12:20 SO DO NOT COME BEFORE THAT UNLESS YOU ARE BUYING A GATORADE
Soccer tryouts are tomorrow after school from 3:10-4:30. Both boys and girls are invited to try out for this team. See Ms. MacLeod if you have any questions.
